Create a responsive sidebar/topbar navigation that collapses on mobile. Should include: logo, main nav links, user profile dropdown, and notification bell.
Completed the responsive navigation component. Built with Tailwind CSS flexbox/grid. Tested on mobile (375px), tablet (768px), and desktop (1440px). PR: #42
